Terms and Conditions

1. Vehicle and Picnic Arrangements: The provision of the Mitsubishi Triton and scheduling for the picnic are subject to confirmation with the winner and will be based on availability with Brookvale Mitsubishi and the picnic supplier.
2. Unclaimed Prize: Should the prize remain unclaimed by Friday 1st November 2024, a new winner will be selected and promptly notified on that same day.
3. The picnic event is to be exclusively hosted in the Northern Beaches PMA. 
4. The winner of the event is required to consent to the capturing of photographs during the picnic, with the understanding that these images may be utilized by the company across its various social media platforms.
5. The picnic event is to be scheduled on a weekend falling within the available dates of 01 November 2024 to 28 February 2024, contingent upon the availability of the picnic service provider.
