3. The picnic event is to be exclusively hosted at the Palm Beach location.
4. The winner of the event is required to consent to the capturing of photographs during the picnic, with the understanding that these images may be utilized by the company across its various social media platforms.
5. The picnic event is to be scheduled on a weekend falling within the available dates of 03 May 2024 to 30 June 2024, contingent upon the availability of the picnic service provider.
