The night before your service appointment, expect to receive an SMS from Brookvale Mitsubishi Service Centre offering you the option to 'check-in from home'.

Click on the provided link to initiate the check-in process. Answer a few questions, including your preferred contact method and service appointment details. Once you've reviewed and signed, your check-in is complete, and you're all set to drop off your Mitsubishi vehicle.

2. Effortless Drop-Off

Upon your arrival at Brookvale Mitsubishi, park your vehicle in the designated numbered bays, and follow the signage to our Express Kiosks.

At the kiosk, select the 'check-in' option and enter your details, such as your mobile number or registration. Add your parking bay number and easily drop your keys into the automatic locker. It's a straightforward process.

You will receive a confirmation SMS acknowledging the check-in of your Mitsubishi vehicle, and our team will promptly proceed with your scheduled service.

3. Hassle-Free Check-Out

We will notify you via your preferred contact method when your vehicle is ready for collection. If any payment is required, you will receive a notification. You can choose to collect your vehicle using the kiosk or, if you prefer, you can speak to our dedicated Brookvale Mitsubishi Service team.

Opting for the kiosk check-out? You will receive a security code to access your Mitsubishi vehicle keys from the kiosk locker. Enter the code, retrieve your keys, and find your Mitsubishi vehicle conveniently parked in a designated bay.
