- Unclaimed Prize: Should the prize remain unclaimed by Friday 28th of March 2025, a new winner will be selected and promptly notified on that same day.
- The picnic event is to be exclusively hosted in the Northern Beaches PMA.
- The winner of the event is required to consent to the capturing of photographs during the picnic, with the understanding that these images may be utilized by the company across its various social media platforms.
- The picnic event is to be scheduled on a weekend falling within the available dates of 29 March 2025 to 30 June 2025, contingent upon the availability of the picnic service provider.
