The Mitsubishi Pajero Sport is set to become the 4x4 SUV of choice for even more families with the addition of seven seats to the 2016 range. 

Pajero Sport GLS and Exceed variants will be fitted with seven seats standard, while the GLX will remain a five-seat model. 

For extra peace of mind, all Pajero Sport seven seat variants will be fitted with curtain airbags covering the full length of the cabin. All Pajero Sport models have seven airbags – driver and front passenger, side, side curtain and driver’s knee. 

Pajero Sport's third row seating folds forward to create a large flat area and cargo space remains ample with the third row stowed. 

The 60:40 split second row seating has a simple fold and tumble function to provide access to the third row. 

A cargo box is also fitted under the floor behind the third row seats for extra storage. 

The combination of seven seats and clever 2nd and 3rd row seat stowage gives Pajero Sport a great balance of both seating and cargo-carrying flexibility. 

Roof-mounted cooling vents for second and third row passengers will be fitted to all variants – GLX, GLS and Exceed.

Meanwhile, the range-topping Pajero Sport Exceed offers the latest in advanced safety systems, with multi around view monitor, blind spot monitoring, forward collision mitigation and Ultrasonic misacceleration Mitigation System included in the list price.
